Smart D&A processes your data for several purposes. Most of the processing is done as part of our missions.

Some data is exchanged with other bodies for the execution of a mission.

We process different categories of data:

  • data relating to diplomas and training

  • data relating to requests for psychosocial interventions

The data we process about you is treated confidentially. They are only transmitted to the institutions authorized to receive them.

Smart D&A sometimes uses service providers who act as subcontractors and who, in this capacity, must comply with the GDPR. Smart D&A includes in the contract with the subcontractor the necessary provisions to protect personal data. This service provider may not use the data for purposes other than those defined by Smart D&A.

The data processed for the execution of a mission are kept for the time necessary for the execution of the mission.

The data processed based on your authorization are kept for the time indicated during registration or until the withdrawal of your authorization.

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data at any time to verify the accuracy of the information that is kept and/or to correct or update it. To the extent that this is not contrary to a legal obligation/public interest, your request will be considered and processed.

Smart D&A has implemented a series of procedures as well as hardware equipment. Our company regularly re-evaluates and updates them to protect data against unauthorized access, to ensure security and to ensure the correct use of the information collected to carry out the desired processing.
